FP & A Analyst II

GDM Seeds is a global leader in plant genetics, dedicated to transforming agriculture through technological innovation. The company is looking for a FP & A Analyst II to oversee, analyze, and optimize production-related costs associated with corn and soybean products.

Requirements

• Analyze, monitor, and reconcile production cost inputs, including materials, labor, and overhead
• Develop and maintain standard costs, review variances, and investigate significant fluctuations
• Partner with Operations and Procurement to understand operational drivers and improve cost efficiency
• Support pricing, margin analysis, and product profitability evaluations for the Commercial team
