Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy and target-oriented Team Lead – Sales to manage a team of field sales executives and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in agri-inputs, FMCG, or rural tech
- Prior experience in team handling or leading field staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM/mobile sales tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
