Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I performs routine and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment, and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations. The role involves performing efficient maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Maintenance/repair experience or training preferred
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues

Benefits

• Starting rate $32.69
• Two pay increases within a year, up to $1.00
