We are looking for a Senior Cheese Process & Technical Services Manager to serve as a corporate technical expert dedicated to our Jerome manufacturing facility, responsible for process optimization and yield improvement, product functionality and quality, and commercialization and customer performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in dairy, food manufacturing, or process-driven environments
- Strong expertise in process optimization, yield improvement, and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma preferred)
- Proven ability in root cause problem solving within complex manufacturing environments
- Experience acting as a corporate technical resource partnering with plant operations
- Ability to translate operational challenges into technical and business solutions
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills without direct authority
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage across technical and business stakeholders
