Dairy Sales Representative

We are looking for a successful consultative sales professional to join our globally renowned sales team in the Northern New York and Vermont markets. The successful candidate will be focused on delivery of value-added genetic solutions and programs, building the dairy herd customer portfolio, and managing relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• Promote and sell Alta's genetics, related products and services
• Provide an excellent and efficient experience to clients
• Evaluate and assess customer accounts and product offerings for continuous improvement
• Increase Alta's market share through existing customer base and core business of large herds
• Prospect, develop, and manage new business
• Promote Alta products and services at local and regional dairy events
• Review monthly sales reports
• Manage expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable
