Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic key account plans in partnership with Client Service and Operations leadership to drive growth and performance
• Deliver consultative, value-driven solutions to key beef and dairy accounts, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support targeted client initiatives, relationship-building programs, and value-added services
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining an active pipeline of prospective clients
• Act as the local key account and industry expert, supporting internal teams and strengthening relationships with veterinarians, breed associations, and academic partners
• Support team-based selling through coordinated call planning, resource optimization, and consistent account follow-up
• Lead educational presentations and training sessions showcasing Trans Ova’s embryo products and services
• Uphold Trans Ova’s professional standards, brand image, and policies while supporting operational needs, including partner reviews and accounts receivable
