Reproductive Program Sr Technician

GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide Artificial Insemination service and breeding program assistance to members and customers. Sell GENEX semen, services, products, and programs to achieve sales goals and develop new business in sales area.

Requirements

• Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
• Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in heat detection on large farms
• Aggressive sales and service person who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Computer skills are required; and ability to work with herd management software is a plus
