AHEAD is searching for an Onboarding Engineer to join their Managed Services team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, an effective communicator, and can perform tasks with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in supporting Windows / Linux in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificates.
- Linux OS configuration and troubleshooting preferred.
- A college degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field.
- Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative and positive working relationships at all levels.
- Skilled in achieving results in a customer centric environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools – Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, etc.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication, and in person.
- Team collaboration, responsiveness, ability to multi-task.
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to set priorities and perform the job with little guidance.
