Requirements
- Active participation in the AHEAD SSE and service delivery teams
- Designing, architecting technical solutions for clients
- Supporting sales teams during engagements
- Developing relationships with Observability SSE team members, leaders, and partners
- Strategizing and executing technical sales calls
- Completing required pre-sales documentation
- Qualifying sales opportunities
- Presenting and marketing proposed solutions and business justification
- Participating in mentorship of entry-level team members
