• Oversee all immediate departmental activities
• Effectively drive continuous and quality related improvements
• Actively engage in project management responsibilities and support a wide range of Warehouse group projects
• Resolve employee issues
• Analyze and solve problems
• Review warehouse schedules
• Communicate with vendors
• Ensure the rules and regulation of US export and import procedures are followed
• Direct efforts toward the reduction of process variation
