Luxury Real Estate Developer Senior Mechanical Engineer/Design

AHS, a luxury real estate developer, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer to design and implement mechanical systems for high-end residential projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer in the luxury residential sector
• Expertise in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and engineering analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems as well as applicable codes and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong project management skills with a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in design
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
