- Host live Zoom sessions for multiple founders to provide tactical, real-time guidance
- Advise founders on offer, niche, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Review and troubleshoot outbound systems live (copy, targeting, volume, sequencing)
- Translate strategy into 90-day execution with clear 30-90 day roadmap tied to revenue outcomes
- Manage multiple clients within a single session
