Job Description
We're looking for a Senior / Lead AI Engineer with deep generative AI expertise to help design and build intelligent, multi-agent capabilities for enterprise applications across our client base.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software engineering, AI, or solutions roles
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and complex workflow automation
- Vector search technologies and semantic retrieval
- Python as a primary language, plus proficiency in at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Kotlin
- AI platforms and developer tooling such as OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and delivery practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid background in SaaS and enterprise software engineering settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
