Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Centre to lead a team and drive the development, deployment, and support of Integral Life Application to meet business requirements. The role involves system requirement gathering, impact analysis, proposal of solutions, code development, unit testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or related areas, at least 10 years of experience in application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system, and strong analytical and impact analysis skills.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related areas
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system
- Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language, and SQL development
- Fast learner and has strong analytical and impact analysis skills to provide feedbacks/inputs on user requirements
- Good personality and attitude
- Experience leading a team
