Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy in billing, and supporting program financial operations.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting procedures and systems.
• Effective time management and math skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task. Detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Adherence to Agency policies including Attendance Policy.
• Valid NYS Drivers’ License, acceptable to Agency insurance standards preferred.
