Evening / Overnight Supervisor

AIM Services, Inc. is seeking an Evening/Overnight Supervisor to provide support, care, and assist people living in a residential program. The role involves being a point of contact for the on-call team, mentoring staff, ensuring person-centered supports, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining a safe environment. The position requires on-call support, training, and documentation.

Requirements

• Provide on-going support for residents on evenings and weekends.
• Be a presence throughout agency events for guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and emergency response.
• Assist with supervisor duties like paperwork, training, and documentation.
• Assist with medical and health-related functions.
• Working directly with residents to meet needs.
• Verify medical guidelines, IPOPs, Staff Action Plans, and Behavior Support plans.
• Adherence to agency policies and attendance requirements.
