Job Description
AIMS is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality pharmacy services. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in inpatient, outpatient, and oncology pharmacy settings, ensuring adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years as an inpatient, outpatient, or oncology pharmacy technician.
- Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a similar program, including military training programs.
- Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT), or CHPhT.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Compliance with applicable state laws concerning the profession.
