Job Description
Ainsworth is seeking a full-time Building Automation Controls Technician II to provide startup, testing, and commissioning services for construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration with various stakeholders, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. The technician will work with both internal and external clients, and will be responsible for driving project completion through documentation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Previous technician experience in controls industry, preference for Delta Controls systems
- Knowledge in mechanical systems and sequences of operations
- Reading and understanding mechanical design documents
- Reading manufacturer's wire diagrams
- Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with interfacing to third party devices
- Demonstrates leadership among peers
