Job Description
Ainsworth is seeking a Building Maintenance Operator to ensure the day-to-day operation and maintenance of assigned equipment and systems within a facility. This role involves HVAC system monitoring, preventative maintenance, safety procedures adherence, and customer satisfaction. The position offers a team environment, competitive pay, and employee programs.
Requirements
- Possess a Building Environmental Systems Certificate or similar industry designation.
- Minimum 7 years of consecutive experience in related facilities operations and maintenance.
- Ontario driver's license in good standing.
- Knowledge of building systems and operations.
- Computer literate, including MS Word, BAS, Fire Alarm Systems, CMMS, Security.
- Strong customer service, communication skills.
