Ainsworth is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic advice to the Western Canada team. This role involves partnering with leaders, driving employee engagement, anticipating needs, facilitating talent management, and interpreting HR policies. The successful candidate will work with Human Resources Management to drive business results and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in an internal/external client facing capacity
- High comfort level in interacting and navigating across multiple levels within an organization and with external partners
- Strong communications skills
- 5 or more years of Employee Relations and Change Management experience preferred
- Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and an HRIS platform
