Requirements
- Minimum (5) years commercial experience supervising teams.
- Red Seal Journeyman with Gas ticket (other trade certification may be recognized)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Commercial buildings and facilities
- Working knowledge of current local codes, standards and regulations
- Ability to make good and timely decisions, strong time management skills
- Strong commitment to safety
