Job Description
Ainsworth, a subsidiary of GDI, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead all mechanical and HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion and eventual handover. This role requires proactive planning, effective management of subcontractors and vendors, issue resolution, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, and a dedication to client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in fast-track fit-out work (new construction experience a plus)
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Subcontractor & vendor supervision
- Effective use of time and prioritization
