Job Description
As a Growth Engineer, you will own how aion attracts, engages, and activates developers, founders, and AI builders at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments, loves being customer-facing, and wants full ownership over how a category-defining AI platform shows up in the world.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Growth, Community, Events, or Marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Strong event operations instincts: you are extremely detail-oriented (invite lists, Wi-Fi, flow, swag)
- AI-literate: comfortable discussing training vs. inference with developers
- Social-native (AI Twitter / viral Linkedin intuition)
- Scrappy, autonomous, and calm under pressure
- London, NY or Bay Area-based or willing to travel regularly for events
