Job Description
Our client is a global one-stop Marketing Production company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their established production team specializing in high-impact experiential marketing (XM) and tradeshow activations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally within an experiential marketing, event, or creative production agency.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of tradeshow procedures, event logistics, and on-site production management.
- Proficiency with relevant project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
- Thrives in a tight-knit, collaborative team structure.
- Ability to travel locally, nationally and to and from the US.
