As a CRM Specialist, you'll manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools
