Requirements
- Coordinate and track daily operational tasks across teams.
- Manage and update Jira boards, dashboards, and reports to reflect accurate status of tasks.
- Monitor workstreams, follow up on task progress, and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize documentation and maintain workflows for easy team access.
- Assist with preparing internal reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify bottlenecks or blockers early and help facilitate solutions.
- Suggest small improvements to workflows and coordination processes.
