Financial Systems Manager - Workday, Adaptive Planning

AIR is seeking a Financial Systems Manager who will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A technology, or a similar discipline, and hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A technology, or a similar discipline
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building, configuration, or reporting experience strongly preferred)
• Comfort working with integrated ecosystems — including Workday Financials, UKG, and/or enterprise data warehouses
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into thoughtful, scalable system solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on enabling teams and building trust across functions
