We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming apartment community.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a porter, groundskeeper, janitor, or maintenance assistant preferred
- Strong job tenure and a track record of reliability and attendance
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
