Job Description
AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Mariner's Cove, a 500-unit community in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to residents, complete apartment turns, and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
