Job Description
AIR Communities is seeking a motivated Tech Support Specialist to join their team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Service Desk experience, including experience installing and configuring desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices. The role involves answering customer inquiries, upgrading and repairing computers, and maintaining a company database.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of Service Desk experience
- Experience with Windows 11 and Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Okta, Office 365, Cisco WebEx (preferred)
- ServiceNow experience (preferred)
