AIR Communities is seeking a Traveling Community Operations Support Manager to provide coverage and support to our communities with vacant Leasing and Property Manager positions. This is a heavy travel position with up to 75% of the year or 3 weeks per month on the road or in the air.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Community Operations
- At least 2 years of experience in direct Community Management role
- Proven track record in managing large properties, be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager
