Manager Flight Data Monitoring

Lead advanced analytical work supporting Airbus and Boeing fleets, interpreting complex flight data trends, supporting safety investigations, and improving operational performance.

Requirements

• CPL / ATPL / AME Diploma / Graduate (Engineering or related discipline preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), FOQA, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in FOQA/FDM software, including Airbus FDA, Analysis Ground Station, Cassiope, Flightscape/Insight, AirFASE, or equivalent
• Skilled in Python, SQL, Power BI, MATLAB, R, and MS Office
• Knowledgeable in Annex 13 investigations and human factors analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated project management and leadership experience
• Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement
