Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Advisor (H/F) in the framework of a CDI within the expertise department in Vaulx-En-Velin (Square Silk sector). The role involves answering phone calls from customers/patients, treating requests, providing adapted responses, coordinating intervention/delivery requests, and ensuring assistance and repair of medical devices.
Requirements
- Bac+2 type training
- First experience in customer relations
- Successful experience in the medical field (appreciated)
- Mastery of French language (orally and in writing)
- Perfect professional practice of computer tools (Google tools)
