Global Product Management Director, Organometallic

The Global Product Management Director, Organometallic is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to define product strategies and associated action plans for HVM molecules. The role involves working cross-functionally with various departments, managing a team, and contributing to business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical scientific or engineering discipline
• 10+ years experience in related field
• Language: English (fluent) oral and written / Korean communication skill is preferred
• 10+ years experience in working on electronic materials, semiconductor processes or semiconductor devices
• Direct product management experience for chemical materials, preferably for electronic applications
• Experience with direct people management
• Demonstrated financial acumen, facility in working with spreadsheets, and advanced understanding of models utilized to justify investments
