Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the Quality Management System for all ALAM manufacturing sites globally. The position is based in Asia and requires frequent travel to other ALAM facilities. The role involves improving the ALAM QMS to meet and exceed semiconductor customer requirements and expectations, promoting quality culture and mindset, and streamlining quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or higher, preferably in Quality or Chemical Engineering related.
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Min. 7 years of working experience in the high volume manufacturing environment in the semiconductor industry or semiconductor supply chain, preferably in MNC.
- Min. 5 years in managing multisite Quality Management System related roles.
- Strong knowledge and practice in driving Quality Management System improvement.
- Certified ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 or VDA auditor.
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats with customers, stakeholders at multiple levels in the business
