Job Description
Assist in implementing best practices for mechanical maintenance to optimize equipment efficiency and uptime, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair works to enhance plant reliability, and actively participate in safety programs.
Requirements
- Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant equipment
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for rotating and static mechanical equipment
- Customer-oriented approach with strong ownership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to various plant sites for maintenance and troubleshooting support
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience is preferred
