Product Owner - Salesforce Integration M/W

As a Product Owner - Salesforce Integration, you will be responsible for defining the vision and objectives for the CX Façade as a product used in a portfolio of IT projects, core solutions, and country deployments. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data integrations and translate those needs into technical requirements for the development team.

Requirements

• Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data integrations
• Defining rules for logical and physical data mappings
• Participating in connector development, testing, and troubleshooting
• Maintaining an internal catalog of standard connectors
• Collecting and analyzing user feedback and usage data
• Managing and communicating a CX Façade product roadmap
