Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor role at Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Fremont, CA, responsible for guiding employees in a manufacturing environment, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements. 12 hour shift rotation, including night shifts and weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people-development role, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee relations
• Solid understanding of chemical processing systems
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, including pumps, piping, manifolds and valves
• Knowledge of UHP chemical characteristics and contamination control
• Computer literate in MS Office
