Public Affairs Manager

The Public Affairs Manager will lead our strategic advocacy efforts to support the modernization of South Korea's home healthcare framework, facilitating constructive dialogue with health authorities and industry stakeholders to elevate patient safety, ensure market integrity, and support the long-term viability of the national healthcare system.

Requirements

• Defining the country's public affairs strategy, actions plan and implementation;
• Conducting legislative and regulatory monitoring in the country, distributing this information to business owners in the affiliate and alerting the Corporate European and International Affairs team about major policy changes that could impact the Group;
• Developing and maintaining the local network with institutions, public bodies, associations by involving the relevant internal contacts if necessary;
• Assisting the Country General Manager/Leadership in the various interactions with institutional audiences / events;
• Maintaining professional, transparent, and compliant communication channels with government bodies, medical societies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in strict adherence to South Korean laws and to the Group internal policies.
• Proactively address regulatory risks that could negatively impact our business and ensure compliance with related law
