Job Description
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire journey of our employees in Customer Service, from onboarding to continuous development. You will manage training, knowledge management, and process optimization, while actively supporting the team as a Customer Service Agent.
Requirements
- Certified Green Belt and experience in process improvement
- High level of empathy and above-average communication skills
- Solution-oriented, structured, and able to maintain an overview even in feedback-intensive phases
- Safe handling of skills assessment tools and knowledge databases (Knowledge Base)
- Travel readiness for up to 20% of working time
