Job Description
Manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Ensure excellent customer service, maintain relationships with customers and vendors, and forecast manpower to meet customer demands.
Requirements
- Provides direction and accountability for technicians, dispatchers, and service staff
- Ensures customer satisfaction and customer follow up
- Maintains responsibility for profit and loss and annual sales revenues
