Legal Counsel II

The Legal Counsel provides legal support across Capital A’s diverse business units, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing risks. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting business transactions, assisting in compliance matters, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Requirements

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university; admission to the Malaysian Bar or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Experience in aviation, fintech, digital services, or technology-related legal matters is an advantage.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
