Market Manager, Japan - Hotels

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to lead the expansion of its hotel business in Japan. The successful candidate will manage hotels, acquire high-quality inventory, and develop acquisition strategies to enhance Airbnb's market presence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus
• Proven track record of being able to effectively work a leads pipeline and a book of business
• Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data
• Ability to speak fluently in Japanese is required
• Fluency in English is a big plus
