Safety Specialist

Airbnb is looking for a Safety Specialist to handle various safety concerns for the community, including personal safety threats, domestic violence, and human trafficking. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating cases, providing support, and promoting positive experiences for hosts and guests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• University Degree and/or 3+ years relevant experience
• Fluent Japanese and English (Spoken and Written) are essential
• Background in advocacy, crisis management, mediation, clinical/non-clinical social work, or e-commerce customer service
