Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics to develop and lead initiatives focused on international growth strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong data and analytics background, is curious, engaged, and positive, and has a proven track record of using data and insights storytelling to influence large-scale strategic programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or business intelligence
• Expert SQL; proficiency in Python or R
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and incrementality measurement
• Experience building self-service data products used by non-technical stakeholders
