Senior Market Manager

Airbnb is seeking a Luxe Senior Market Manager to drive supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in Italy and France. The successful candidate will lead net-new host and listing acquisition, manage host relationships, and develop localized pitches to resonate with luxury homeowners and real estate professionals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding acquisition and/or revenue targets
• Experience working cross-functionally across teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong executive presence
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
