Job Description
Airbnb is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Community Support Products (CSP) Machine Learning team. This role will focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies to improve the customer service experience through AI-powered solutions, shaping innovations from conceptualization to production. The team builds and enhances AI models, ML services, and automation tools for various tasks in customer support.
Requirements
- PhD/Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience
- 6/9+ years of ML engineering experience
- Background in AI/ML system design and development
- Experience with LLM-driven chatbot products
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
