International Compensation Analyst

Aires is seeking an International Compensation Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of expatriate tax experience and a background in global mobility compensation.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• 1+ years of expatriate tax experience, with a background in global mobility compensation
• Equus Platform compensation and cost estimate experience preferred
• SQL knowledge would be helpful
