Job Description
Aires is seeking a Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in payroll processing, HRIS, reporting, or compliance and a strong knowledge of payroll operations, including multistate processing and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in payroll processing, HRIS, reporting, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations, including multistate processing and tax requirements
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Dayforce)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Payroll certification (FPC/CPP)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage deadlines in a cyclical processing environment
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
