Job Description
AireSpring is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive projects to completion while fostering collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- 3+ years of management experience leading IT infrastructure teams
- Proficiency in managing enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with DevOps tools, concepts, and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system architecture
- Proven ability to research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies
